9. kus provázku nebo drátu.
Tak a teď k postupu:
Zajistíme si auto proti pohybu, povolíme kolo19tkou klíčem a auto zvedneme na heveru. Odšroubujeme 4 matky kola a to sundáme. Teď před sebou vidíme brzdový kotouč se třmenem. Já jsem pro lepší přístup k poloose a manžetě homokineťáku odmontoval i třmen. Ten drží na dvou šroubech z vnitřní strany nahoře Foto2
a dole Foto3, takže použijeme 13 klíč a povolíme je. Ještě je dobré si třmen uvázat na kus drátu či provázku k pružině abychom zbytečně nenamáhaly tlakovku od brzd. Nyní můžeme vyšroubovat ty 2 šrouby a odložit třmen někam stranou aby nepřekážel.foto4
Zároveň se dá sundat i kotouč (stale mě zaráží, že nemá žádnej pojistnej šroub!). Ted je ještě potřeba povolit spodní čep ramene, na kterém drží těhlice. Ten je přichycený pomocí (za předpokladu origo šroubu)matky na 17tku klíč a hvězdičky (torxu) číslo??? Povolíme uchyceni čepu a vyklepneme šroub ven. Foto 5,6,7
Nyní se můžeme pustit do odstranění staré popraskané manžety. Použijeme k tomu plochy šroubovák, kterým roztáhneme staré upevňovací spony a dále bud nůžkama nebo nožem rozstřihneme manžetu (tuto činnost doporučuju dělat v rukavicích neboť je to nejšpinavější část celého procesu). Nyní již vidíme napojeni poloosy a homokineťáku ještě odstraníme starou vazelínu nějakým tím čističem a par metry látky:). Tak a máme před sebou tu zábavnější práci. Musíme vyndat těhlici z čepu a zaplout do podběhu teď musíme roztáhnout pojistnou omega podložku viz. Foto 8 .
Já to dělal šroubovákama tak že jsem si jeden opřel o zub homokineťáku a druhým ji roztáhl. Poloosa vyklouzla sama ven:). V sadě jsem mel novou omega pojistku, takže sem tu starou prostě ohnul a vyndal ven z homokineťáku. Teď je dobry si to ještě jednou cele očistit aby tam nikde nezůstal žádnej bordel foto9
a může se nasadit nová manžeta na poloosu.Foto10
Následně na to nasadíme i novou omega pojistku

a vytlačíme z tuby vazelíny, co se do něj vejde:) Foto12
Tak teď nám zbývá nasadit zpět poloosu což vyžaduje trpělivost, správné vzájemné umístění zubů poloosy a homokineťáku trochu více síly (nová pojistka je neroztažená) a štěstí.Foto13
Když se nám to podaří dovymačkáme zbytek vazelíny, přetáhneme manžetu na homokineťák a osadíme nové spony.Foto14
